Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of Florida (USA), without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. The state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, have exclusive jurisdiction, except where your local consumer law gives you rights that can't be waived.

We may update these terms; changes apply from the effective date shown below, and continuing to use the site after that means you accept them.

If the English and Spanish versions differ, the English version controls.
