Who we are

WeAutomateHQ Corp., Miami, Florida (USA), is responsible for the personal data handled through this site. For anything about privacy, write to:

weautomatehq1@gmail.com

What data we handle

What you write to us by email: your address, your name if you include it, and the content of your message.

Server logs kept by our hosting provider, Hostinger, on every visit: IP address, browser, pages visited and time.

Your language and your light or dark theme, saved in your browser. They never leave your device.

Why, and on what legal basis

Server logs: to run the site and protect it from abuse, based on our legitimate interest in keeping it available and secure.

Emails: to reply to you and, if you ask, prepare a proposal, as a step before a possible contract or based on our legitimate interest in answering your enquiry.

Client records: to meet our legal obligations, such as tax and accounting.

Who receives the data

Hostinger, which hosts the site; Google, our email provider (Gmail); and our professional advisers and authorities, only when the law requires it.

We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.

No cookies, analytics or tracking

The site uses no cookies, analytics or tracking, and it loads no third-party fonts or scripts.

Do Not Track signals: since we don't track you, a Do Not Track signal changes nothing about what we do.

Where the data is processed

In the United States, by us and by US providers. If you visit from outside the US, those providers apply appropriate safeguards for the transfer, such as standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

How long we keep it

Server logs: for the period Hostinger sets for its logs.

Email enquiries: up to 24 months, unless you become a client.

Client records: for the engagement, plus the period the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, and you can ask for a portable copy, by writing to the email above. We will answer within the time the law sets.

You can also complain to the data-protection authority where you live, for example Spain's Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD).

Children

The site is not directed to children under 13 (16 in the European Union), and we don't knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.

Effective: October 19, 2026
